Elder Beverly Johnson has been in ministry for nearly 20 years teaching, preaching, conducting seminars, and workshops, changing the hearts and lives of those seeking hope. Elder Johnson has received formal training in a variety of areas of ministry, including Chaplaincy. As Director of Outreach, Elder Johnson manages the programs, services and projects that provide economic empowerment (GED and Job Readiness Training), Community Feeding and major outreach to members of the local community. Elder Johnson’s states “my highest desire is to please the Father in all that I do” and is grateful to carry out that call and purpose within the ministry of “THE WORD” Church.
